"I am my world" with the support of the Ministry of Culture!
The action "I am my world" is a theatrical and pedagogical experiential workshop,
5 days designed to be implemented with groups of young people with disabilities.
and without disabilities.
The workshops are based on the methodology developed by the En δυνάμει group in the performance "The Fan Man or How to Dress an Elephant" directed by Eleni Efthymiou (first part of the trilogy "The Other is Different"). This performance emerged from the suffocating need of En Potential to openly share their own stories and explore personal and universal aspects of human exceptionality. The performance is based on a series of everyday, "special" stories about
disability, diversity and the people around it.

All the moments that structure the narrative of the performance are inspired by the real stories of the people who represent them. I don't want any more

The workshop parts use tools of structured dialogue, role-playing, creative writing, dance and theatre exercises.
In 2021, the EnDynamic team received a grant from the Ministry of Culture and Sports for the implementation of the workshop "I am my world" in 5 different provincial cities in Greece: Veroia, Serres, Agrinio, Kozani, Ptolemaida.
The group En δυνάμει participated with the workshop "I am my world" at the 2nd School of Direction of the D.P.E.T.H.E. Veroia, in September 2021, where the topic "Creating a participatory art group" was explored in particular.
In the same month the workshop took place in Serres, where various organisations contributed to its realisation. In detail, the team collaborated with the D.P.E.T.E. Serres, the Serres Antiquities Department, the KDC Sidirokastro, the KDC MEA-KEDIS, the KDC MEA Stirizo, the Cultural Association of Kato Poroia, and the KETHIS - Therapeutic Riding Center of Serres.
The En δυνάμει team travelled to Agrinio in October 2021 and held the workshop in collaboration with the D.P.E.T.E. The workshop was held in Agrino and the artistic director Nikos Karageorgos.

In November the workshop "I am my world" was implemented in Kozani, in collaboration with the D.P.E.T.E. of Kozani. Part of the workshop was hosted in the warm space of the Rehabilitation Centre "KIVOTOS" in Argilos, Kozani. The workshops were attended by the Centre for Rehabilitation, Day Care, Day Care for people with disabilities.

At the invitation of the Public Benefit Enterprise of the Municipality of Eordia - KEDE and its president Anna Kaidou, the En δυνάμει group held the workshop "I am my world" in the city of Ptolemaida. The workshops were attended by students of the Department of Occupational Therapy of the University of Western Macedonia.
Through the implementation of the 5-day theatre-educational workshop "I am my world" in the 5 cities, the members of the group En Potential and the participants of the workshops shared our concerns, desires and dreams, negotiated issues of identity and disability and discussed our ideas about life, art and inclusion in theatre.
We got in touch with our bodies and their embodied potential through movement exercises, we expressed ourselves verbally and non-verbally and created common places, events through which we communicated our own collective message. During the workshops we were given the opportunity to come together with people from different places who struggle for the inclusion of all people, without exception, in art and society.
The meeting with each participant and each individual participant, their warm welcome and their sincere availability to the workshop's activities filled us with joy and optimism.
