Through a weekly three-hour creative programme, with creative writing exercises, movement improvisations, research on accessibility, searching for different ways of communication and unexpected discussions, the group explores the beauty of living. What does it mean to be happy? How does the body feel joy? What is it that brings you joy? How is joy expressed in the body and words, where can you find it?
A beautiful and incredibly creative process where each meeting is unique and offers inexhaustible material for reflection.
