We asked the members of the In Power group: what is this group for you?
-Although I am a fairly new member of the En Dynami group, for me it is already a space of expression, artistic creation and fruitful interaction. A group in which I sincerely appreciate and admire each member individually and after each of our meetings I feel more fulfilled and creative.

-The potential team for me is everything I have experienced and everything I have not yet experienced. Something that is hard to describe in words. It's the moments, the travel, the friends, the rehearsals, the laughs, the hard work. Memories and dreams.

We asked the members of the In Power group: what is this group for you?
For me, the En Dynamism team means company, because I don't have much company. Then it means theatre and then everything else. I like the activities we do together. And I dream of making a group calendar with portraits of Loxandra and having a winter camp.

-The En Forever group is a family, containing "the lives of others", all those who we feel are so far away from us but potentially so close to us. A family that contains within it an entire community, without fear, without anxiety and with full acceptance of all. I feel safety, faith and hope. Flooded with love, dreams and passion.

-The Team In Power is its people.
Each one individually.
Those who have passed through it, for a short time, for a long time, who have left or who have stayed.
It is a path that is shaped by people and is constantly mutating.
A huge tableau of people's fingerprints, large or small, straight or oblique, bold or subtle.

We asked the members of the In Power group: What is this group to you?
-Being from the age of 15, and not having missed a day in everything I've done since the first steps of En Potential until today, now at 27 the team is the second thing I say when I'm asked to present myself. And I know that no matter how many years go by, no matter what turn life takes, I will return there, because it is our fair utopia* in which I really feel like myself: for us the notion of inclusion and the removal of stereotypes, social barriers and stigma is the basis, from there we start talking and that for me is revolutionary, it is what I dream of for the world, it is the reason I am involved in art.
*Utopia (compound from the negative molecule "thou" {uk} and the noun place - place non-existent) is the model for an ideal society without crime, poverty or social exclusion. In political philosophy it is the efforts to create an ideal human symbiosis, an isolated island with a perfect social, political and legal system. It was first used in 1516 by the English humanist philosopher Thomas More.

-I can be myself! That's what Team In Power means to me.

We asked the members of the In Power group: what is this group for you?
-It is a miniature of the world I would like to live in. What the team does is: they put you in a chair, take the whole world, turn it upside down, straighten it out again and ask you the question "what world would you like to live in". In the end you choose.

We asked the members of the In Power group: what is this group for you?
-A trip. You travel in the company of many people but at the same time you travel alone. It takes you to many beautiful places and offers you so many different but beautiful things in each of those places. Each destination is special until the stops you make are special. It's a surprise each destination you don't find them on maps. It's a beautiful "together" though that doesn't let you cancel this trip.

The In Power team is the balancing of opposing forces.
All its members balance simultaneously on creation, artistic development and acceptance. Without fear.
They let their hands free, their minds free, they move from their own reality and approach another.
A more inclusive one.

-The En Dynami team is about dreaming and daring. To dream the world as you want it to be, not as it is now. To dare to have those dreams when you are awake and to express them to people who respect your point of view.
